Thankful

  We had a great week learning all about the meaning of Thanksgiving.

We made Thanksgiving bracelets.  Each colored bead represented a part of the Thanksgiving story.

We graphed our favorite Thanksgiving food.  Turkey was the winner.

Our Week Of Learning

This week was a quick one. I can't believe it is already  the middle of November.  We started off our week by adding three more popcorn words to our word wall.

We have been working on a special Thanksgiving book during guided reading.

We had fun making tallies with Q-tips.

We made sight word turkeys.

We danced our wiggles away!

A special thank you to Ally St. Pierre and Danielle Ingram for spending the day in Kindergarten and helping out.

In Social Sciences we studied past and present.

We made Haystack cookies for food Friday.
