Big News!

  Our class won the PTA label contest!  We will get to purchase some new materials for our classroom and have an ice cream party. A big thank you to all my wonderful parents for clipping those labels and sending them in.

 

 

 

 

Regardless of the snowy day...we are celebrating the arrival of Spring in our classroom. Bring on the Sunshine!!!

 

 

March Fun!

 

We had a visit from the Leprechaun on Tuesday morning.  We followed his green footprints into our classroom.  He left us gold coins.

 

We painted rainbows on Thursday to celebrate the first day of spring!

  

We enjoyed our money math centers.

  I wish everyone a wonderful St. Patrick's Day. I hope we can celebrate tomorrow at school.

Say...We Like Green Eggs And Ham!

 

We had a fun filled Seuss week! We discovered we LIKE green eggs and ham!

 

We read  One fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish and made blue jello fish treats. YUM!

 

 

We read Bartholomew and the OOBLECK...and made OOBLECK.  It was ooey gooey green fun.

 

 

We Love Dr. Seuss!

 

 

We have had a wonderful week reading lots of Dr. Seuss books.We kicked off our Read Across America month with a fun Seuss themed assembly.We enjoyed "Seuss" cake at lunch on Tuesday. (Thanks to the students at FCHS) On Wednesday we enjoyed making "Cat In The Hat" treats!
