We enjoyed the sunshine this week. It was so nice to have recess time outside. We did a little spring cleaning in our kindergarten playground.
We cleaned up our garden. We will be planting before you know it!

We did some of our Words Their Way sorts on the smart board this week.
We kicked off Seuss week by reading The Cat in The Hat and making jello hat treats.
We graphed gold fish for One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish
We read Hop on Pop and ate popcorn.
We read Wocket in my Pocket and played a matching rhyming game.
We watched The Lorax on Friday and made Lorax shakes. Yummy!
We played a fun bowling sight word game.
We have been working hard learning about money. We sorted coins on our smart board.
We got to hang out with Mrs. Dickerson's sixth graders again on Friday. We performed some plays for them outside at our amphitheater. They were a wonderful audience.
This picture makes my heart happy. Book buddies walking back to school hand in hand. What great role models they are.
