We learned about the Statue Of Liberty.





We made Abraham Lincoln cookies.

We made George Washington.

     We measured ourselves against a 6 foot 4 inch Abe Lincoln.

Getting Back Into the School Groove!

  It was nice to be in school two full days last week.  We are S-L-O-W-L-Y adjusting to school again.  The getting up part seems to be a little hard for a few of us. No worries...we will be back in the groove soon. 
 We had our Valentine's Day party on Wednesday.  It was LOVELY!  Thank you to everyone who sent in items.
  We enjoyed working on some new literacy and math centers on Thursday and Friday.

Winter Fun!

 We made bird feeders for our feathered friends on Monday. Just in time for the snow!

   We will  have our special Valentine's snack on the first day we return to school.

Hibernation Day!

  Hibernation day was so much fun. We made hibernation bags for our bear friends and even turned our tables over to create hibernating caves!  We measured our Bear pals with cubes and graphed Gummy Bears.  We ended our day with yummy Bear cupcakes.

100 Days of Kindergarten!!!

 

  We celebrated our 100th day of school on Tuesday.  Great fun was had by all.
