Our Week Of Learning

  A big thank you to our community volunteer fire station for coming to visit Check and teaching us about fire safety.  The fire hats were a huge hit!

We will not have our regular weekly blog review this week, we were busy preparing  our slide show for our Celebration of Learning event that happened on Thursday, October 12th.  Thank you to all the parents and family members that attended.

Our Week Of Learning

We had a wonderful week together.  We have been enjoying the beautiful fall weather.

How lucky are we to get to spend our weeks with this great group of kids.

We enjoyed a sunny walk around the track. Seeing our kiddos with their arms around each other melted our hearts.

Thank you to Healthy Floyd for coming to share a story and yummy vegetables with us.

We opened up our computer center.

We "painted" our deck with water.

We loved our recess time on the tennis courts.

We did a wonderful job with our second STEAM activity. (Science, Technology, Engineering, The Arts and Mathematics)

We read the book Under The Apple Tree.  We were given a paper towel roll, green popsicle  sticks and red pom poms and were directed to make an apple tree.  We  loved how creative everyone was.
